Our Agriculture and Rural Team are ideally placed to offer specialist advice to members of the agricultural and rural community.
We can assist with letting of agricultural land, letting of unoccupied houses and other buildings, dealing with the impositions and subsequent variation and release of restrictive covenants.
We provide advice relating to the various different trading structures, including the practical and financial implications, which can be used by farms. In all cases we will advise about how the particular structure will affect existing arrangement such as family tenancies, wills and the future provision for dependents.
We advise and act in relation to boundary disputes, rights of way and other easements including claims for adverse possession and other prescriptive rights.
