Flight Delays

If your flight was delayed by more than 3 hours due to, for example, airline staffing issues, bad weather delaying a previous flight, the flight being overbooked or technical problems you have a statutory entitlement under EU Law to make a claim for compensation irrespective of the amount paid for your ticket.

Airlines frequently refuse to pay compensation or ignore legitimate claims from individual passengers. Our flight delay team will ensure that legitimate claims are not ignored and that the maximum amount of compensation is recovered.

We will deal with any flight delay claims on a “No Win, No Fee” basis so that there will be no cost to you and should your claim be successful we charge 25% plus VAT of the total compensation paid by the airline.
